BRIAN BURKE

Mr. Burke has been specializing in commercial litigation since 2000.
Mr. Burke has procured millions for his clients via successful litigation and settlement negotiations. He is also undefeated at the appellate level.
Mr. Burke is a native of Chicago, Illinois, but studied in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his bachelor of arts in English with a minor in Philosophy from Saint Joseph's University and his Juris Doctorate from
Villanova University School of Law.

Mr. Burke is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California.
He is also admitted to practice in the following federal courts: The Northern District for Illinois
and the Eastern District for Pennsylvania.

Mr. Burke is the author of the following article, published in Defense Counsel Journal: "Disqualification of Experts: When Your Opponent's Expert Witness is Your Client's Former Employee," 66 Def. Couns. J. 69 (January, 1999).

Brian Burke is a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar Association,
